Our Story
The concept for Inclusive Horizons, the packages we offer, and the values that underpin our brand all stem from a lifetime of diverse experiences and meaningful learning.
Growing up between England and the Canary Islands as a dual national, I developed a deep appreciation for the richness of different cultures. Later, working at the UK's leading LGBTQ+ station, Gaydio, I cultivated a profound understanding of diversity, equality, and inclusion—values that now form the foundation of Inclusive Horizons.
When the idea for Inclusive Horizons came to me, it just made sense.
Our retreats and experiences are designed to inspire, educate, and connect. My vision is for every participant to leave feeling the way I did during my own inclusive travel experience in Zurich, Switzerland.
On a press trip centred around Zurich Pride, I found the perfect blend of learning, cultural exposure, and team bonding—the three pillars of any transformative corporate retreat.
That journey gave me unexpected friendships, vivid memories, and a newfound love for a place I had never explored before.
Travel is one of life’s greatest privileges. But truly meaningful travel is about more than just destinations—it’s about the ability to explore freely, without fear of judgment, prejudice, or discrimination.
